Have you been to Europe recently? You could be owed $300!!

Have you been to Europe in the past few years and had a flight delay? Well if you have, you may be able to earn $300 per passenger from your delay. Because of the European Law EC 261, you can be compensated for delayed flights within Europe.

Being delayed can be extremely frustrating but knowing you can be compensated for your lost time can help relieve the frustration. If you have been delayed more then 3 hours, go to the airlines site and to their customer serve to file a claim. You will need the following information:

  • Flight number
  • Departure date
  • To and from airport
  • Passenger names
  • Booking number
  • Mention the EU 261 law and your rights

We were delayed with Easyjet and got NO pushback for our compensation for our delay from Nice to Paris. After a few weeks, $750 were put back into our bank accounts. Many travelers aren’t aware of their travel rights in Europe so most never file their claims!

So if you have been delayed in Europe, go ahead and find your flight information and try to claim back the money back from the airline.
